At Integra System Technologies, we understand what its like to be a small business because we are a small business.  Integra began operations in 2001 as a full service IT solutions provider for small and medium sized organizations in Northern NJ.  Since that time, we have grown our client base throughout the NY-NJ metro area.  The primary reasons for success are our attention to detail and extreme sensitivity to client needs – both from an operational and cost perspective.  We listen to what our clients have to say and remain open and flexible with every solution.

Maintaining Integra’s focus on high-quality and cost-effective service, we began developing an IT managed services offering in early 2006.  These Integral Service Plans are a mix of established Internet technologies that our professional staff operates to maintain IT networks more efficiently.  After 6 months of internal development and testing, we established a leading service that is affordable for small and medium sized organizations.  We didn’t leave any technical detail unaddressed throughout the development process.  This has resulted in our clients’ networks performing optimally and with less frequent interruptions to business operations.
